Look who is on his way to the Children’s department! Come meet our new bunny on Saturday, March 24th at our annual Easter Gala!
Congratulations to our Children’s Department Supervisor, Valerie Toner, who has been named Bristol’s Citizen of the Year by the Bristol Elks! Every day, Valerie travels to different organizations and schools throughout Bristol fostering a love of books and reading with Bristol’s youngest readers. We couldn’t agree more that she is Bristol’s Citizen of the Year!
Greetings! On Thursday, March 1st, we will have a special story teller here at the library! Meris Palmer from the CT Humanities will be here at 10 a.m. for a special story time/craft program. This program will take the place of our regularly scheduled Toddlers story time and 2 and 3 year-old story time at 11. We hope you all can make it, this should be a fun event!
If you are looking for something to do during February Vacation, stop by the Children’s department. On Tuesday, we will be celebrating Presidents’ Day with crafts and activities. On Thursday, we will be welcoming back Roger Tincknell for a special music show. The show will start at 10 a.m. and registration is NOT required.
Just a reminder for our story timers, we will not have our regularly scheduled story times next week. They will resume on Monday, February 27th.
Hope to see you here!
